Tracked delivery

No more "any update?"

Sellers pack and post inside their lead time. Every parcel is tracked, door to door across South Africa. You can see where yours is without messaging anyone.

Four things that happen without you asking

01

The label gets made

The seller does not have to sort out couriers or pricing. The label comes with the sale.

02

It goes out on time

Every seller sets a lead time and posts inside it. Not "this weekend sometime".

03

You get the number

Tracking lands on your order the moment the parcel is scanned. You see what we see.

04

You see every step

Pickup, on the road, delivered. Each step shows on your order as it happens.

How your money is held

Follow one parcel

Follow one parcel, end to end

This is every state an order moves through. There are only five, and you can see all of them from the order page.

The two things that actually go wrong

It's late

Couriers miss days. Depots hold parcels. The scans tell you whether yours is slow or stopped. If it has stopped, tell us and your money stays held.

Where your money sits

It never arrives

Then you get refunded. You are not left arguing with a seller who also does not know where it went.

Talk to a person

Same courier, whatever you collect

One TCG or another, they are all live and growing.

What comes with every parcel

Packing a card properly is a skill. Nobody should have to learn it by getting one back bent.

A packing standard

Sleeve, toploader, rigid mailer. The same whether the card is R80 or R8,000.

One tracking number

On your order, not in a screenshot you will never find again.

Every step, logged

Pickup, on the road, delivered. You always know which one you are on.

What we can't promise yet

We're 20 sellers in, not 2,000. Some of this gets better with scale and it would be dishonest to describe it as already solved.

Next-day, anywhere

Cities are quick. Smaller towns are not. The courier network decides that, not us.

Collection in person

Meeting a seller at a tournament is a real thing collectors do. You cannot arrange it through Sleevr yet.

A delivery guarantee

We track and we refund. We will not promise a date the courier controls, not us.

How refunds work

Questions about delivery

It is shown on the order before you pay. No surprises, and nothing to work out with the seller.

If they are from the same seller, yes. That is the point of buying a few cards off one person.

The courier handles redelivery as normal. Your order keeps tracking it, so you see the attempt.

Sleeve, toploader, rigid mailer. Every seller agrees to it. A card damaged because it was not packed that way is a dispute you win.

Not yet. Sleevr is South African buyers and sellers for now.

Tell us. Your money is still held, so nothing is lost while we look into it.

Ready when you are

Go find it.

Type the card. We get it to your door and show you where it is the whole way.

Free to search. No account needed until you buy.
